1991: A.E.R.T. enters agreement with Dow Chemical Company to develop polyethylene film recycling technology / A.E.R.T. is featured on CNN Science and Technology segment as promising new technology company
1992: A.E.R.T. begins manufacturing composite wood decking systems under the name LifeCycle®
1995: A.E.R.T. initiates national distribution plan for composite wood decking materials...through Weyerhaeuser
1997: A.E.R.T. opens new composite wood decking manufacturing plant in Springdale, Arkansas
1998: Awarded U.S. Patent No. 5759680 for its exclusive extruded composite material
1998: A.E.R.T. becomes one of the largest polyethylene and wood fiber recyclers in the U.S.
2000: A.E.R.T. is awarded the U.S. EPA Region 6 Environmental Excellence Award
2001: A.E.R.T. opens plastic recycling and warehousing facility at Springdale, Arkansas
